To keep your morning stress-free, I provide a detailed makeup timeline for each artist that outlines session durations ensuring a smooth and organized getting-ready process.
Upon booking MAKEUP BY JEN, you’ll receive a comprehensive wedding preparation guide — designed to keep your wedding morning stress-free while guiding you through the essential steps in the months leading up to your day to ensure your skin is perfectly prepared for flawless bridal makeup. You’ll receive vendor recommendations upon request, and I’m always just an email away for questions, updates, or guidance. A week before your wedding, I’ll confirm all final details and provide a pre-wedding consultation if a bridal preview wasn’t done. I’ll also send a reminder the day prior to ensure your morning is seamless and free of any last-minute surprises.
On your wedding day, I travel at your convenience and arrive early to set up and ensure we start promptly. Before you sit in my chair, I make sure you eat, refresh, and take a moment to breathe while I’m setting up. Your luxury skin preparation then begins — including deep cleansing, exfoliation, deep hydration, and a lymphatic rose quartz facial massage. During this time, I review our pre-wedding consultation notes and assess your skin type to ensure a flawless application.

A highly sought-after add-on, the Bridal Touch-Up Experience ensures you are impeccably flawless from your first pre-ceremony photos through every unforgettable moment of your wedding day. With photos often beginning three to four hours prior to the ceremony, I stay by your side to refresh your makeup as needed — whether after tears of joy, a loving kiss, or any celebratory moment.
From walking down the aisle to moments before your grand reception entrance, I ensure your look remains radiant, polished, and camera-ready, allowing you to fully enjoy your day with confidence, elegance, and ease. This is the ultimate luxury service for brides who want every glance and every photograph to reflect their most beautiful self.
Your luxury experience begins the moment you inquire about your wedding date. You’ll be guided through a seamless automated system that gathers the details needed to create your custom quote, ensuring my team and I are the perfect fit for your day. Once you’re ready to reserve your date with a retainer, you’ll receive clear payment instructions followed by your bridal service agreement, a calendar invite (which I update with any changes leading up to your wedding), an itinerary and a wedding preparation guide. Bridal previews are offered seasonally from January through March. This exclusive one-on-one consultation allows us to collaborate closely in designing your dream bridal look. Together, we’ll explore inspiration, align your vision with my expertise, and refine every detail to ensure your makeup is flawless, long-lasting, and curated just for you. This way, when your wedding day arrives, you’ll feel completely at ease — confident in knowing exactly what you love, and assured that every detail has been perfected.

Step 2: The Bridal Preview
My team and I will travel at your convenience, arrive early to set up, and follow the itinerary with precision to ensure a smooth getting-ready experience. I recommend having your hair completed at least thirty minutes before our scheduled bridal makeup appointment. This allows you time to review your hairstyle, make any final adjustments, enjoy a light meal, and take a moment to refresh before sitting in my chair. Once you’re with me, you’ll feel completely at ease as I begin with a thirty-minute luxury mini facial to deeply prepare your skin for makeup. From there, your dream bridal look takes shape—culminating in the moment you’ve been anticipating since booking: looking in the mirror and seeing yourself as the most radiant, beautiful bride.
